My trolley gone :(

After I used the trolley to throw trash, I put the trolley here (in the picture- near to the car in the 'free for all' parking space. The car has not moved since like 4 years.) Somehow, in a matter of 2-3 hours while I was away for dinner outside, the trolley gone. I search high and low around SQ6, but to no avail. Where do you go my trolley? You've helped me a lot since the last 5 years.
